My background has provided me with a solid foundation for a career in real estate. I earned a BA in Marketing from ISU in 1994 and worked as a marketing coordinator for Iowa's top electrical distributor for several years. Later, I made the move to the mortgage industry, gaining experience in marketing and loan processing. So, not only can I market your property effectively, but I also have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the loan process, ensuring we address potential issues before they become problems.

In 2005, I transitioned from lending to real estate sales and dedicated myself to learning everything I could to assist my clients. I've earned certifications like Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). What I find most exciting in my work is being a part of the journey when my clients enter the next phase of their lives – whether they're first-time homebuyers or experienced sellers searching for a new lifestyle.
