He did a great job of explaining the sales process and helping us set an asking price that was fair for both parties, making sure the sales cycle was not too long. He understands the local market very well and that was a tremendous asset in helping us get our sale done at a great price and rapidly. We put his negotiation skills to the test when a potential buyer had a somewhat unusual request. He offered guidance on how to proceed in a way that met the needs of both parties. "We decided to move from Colorado to Iowa last summer and wanted to build a new custom home. Rodney was amazing through the whole process. He has great knowledge of the area of Des Moines, builders, new developments, listing, processes, and more. He was always available to talk through any issues or decisions that needed to be made. We weren't living in the area when our home was being built and he was always willing to check on the progress of the home or if there were any issues that came up that needed to be addressed. He was really good with our 2 boys and they always looked forward to seeing him. I cannot say enough great things about him and would recommend him to any of my family and friends."
